Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. The café owner can change plans from the admin web — no support ticket required. Billing prorates from the day of the change. Downgrading is fine as long as you're under the new plan's branch and terminal limits.
What happens if I exceed my branch or terminal limit?
The admin web won't let you create a new branch or pair a new tablet beyond your plan's limit — you'll see an "Upgrade to add more" prompt. Existing data is never affected. Your current branches keep operating normally.
Do you support multiple branches under one café?
Yes — Standard supports up to 3, Growth supports up to 6, Enterprise is unlimited. Branches share a single customer loyalty balance, a single product catalogue, a single inventory and recipe set. Reports can be filtered by branch or rolled up to the whole café.
How is billing handled?
We invoice monthly, and you pay by bank transfer, GCash, or cash — whichever works for you. There's no card on file and no payment processor: keeping billing manual keeps it simple for both sides while we're small. Your account stays active as long as you're current on the most recent invoice.
Do you support cafés outside the Philippines?
Yes, the product itself does — configure your timezone (any of 21 supported IANA zones across Asia-Pacific, Australia/NZ, the Americas, and Europe, plus UTC — more on request) and currency (any ISO 4217 code we support, including USD, JPY, EUR, SGD, MYR, IDR, THB, VND) in Settings → Localisation, and reports + receipts will render on your local calendar in the right currency glyph. The catch is billing: we currently invoice in PHP via bank transfer / GCash, so non-PH cafés are handled the same way Enterprise is — talk to us and we'll set up a manual billing arrangement.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new café gets a 14-day free trial of the full product, no credit card required. When the trial ends, you keep going by settling your first monthly invoice (see billing above) — nothing auto-charges.
Can my baristas use the till without their own logins?
Yes. The tablet uses 4-digit PINs per staff member (Cashier or Admin role) — no per-shift sign-in, no email-and-password at the counter. Only the off-site admin web requires a full Clerk-managed login.
